• First Line Support Technician

  Location: London
  Contract: Full time/Permanent

  Main duties and responsibilities:

  Are you passionate about customer support? We want to hear from you! We are looking for a talented 1st line support representative to join our growing team. To sum up, your day-to-day challenges would be:

  • Being able to gather relevant information to understand how customers and their businesses use our platform is very important to understand and troubleshoot their issues. We’ve set up hundreds of accounts so far, but every single one was different.
  • Put on the customer’s shoes to understand the challenges and issues they can occasionally face using Nexudus. Patience and Empathy are key to this position.
  • Helping customers with their enquiries via email or any other support channel.
  • Meeting the KPIs and metrics setup to the role.
  • Pro-actively identifying ways of improving the products and services we deliver.
  • Actively communicating with customers and internal teams to ensure all the aims of the customer relationship are met.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues, ensuring they receive the most benefit possible from their investment in Nexudus.
  • Organising and providing training to both customers and the rest of the Nexudus team.

  Requirements:

  • 1 year(s) in Client Success Management and/or Account Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Have a fair understanding of web technologies, networking and online transactions.
  • Take a logical and organised approach to problem-solving, asking appropriate questions to facilitate the collection of information required.
  • Organised, able to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and deliver on many things at once.
  • Articulate and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Team-player who is able to work unsupervised.
  • Experience using cloud-based platforms.
  • Must have the right to live and work in the UK.

• Software QA Engineer

  Location: London
  Contract: Full time/Permanent

  Main duties and responsibilities:

  We are looking for a detail-oriented Software QA Engineer to join our team. You will report to the CTO/Founder and have much variety in your role, and the projects will get your intellectual juices flowing.

  We continuously strive to adopt the latest proven technology and tools. To sum up, your day-to-day challenges would be to help us to make sure we keep our products up to our quality standards, being responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches to the development team. You will have a direct effect on what we do and how we do it.

  This is a great opportunity to use your current skills but develop and learn new ones and we will support you on that journey. We can give you exposure to every facet of our solution and as much responsibility as you are ready to handle.

  • Front-end, integration and unit testing on the Nexudus products.
  • Creating and implementing testing plans.
  • Running analytics on the test cases and analyse results.
  • Evaluate our front-end expected functionality against specifications/requirements.
  • Log issues and track defects.
  • Identify, document and report issues.
  • Conduct final QA on projects to ensure that standards are met.
  • Working with the development team to ensure that our Products are error-free.

  Requirements:

  • Professional experience with front-end, integrations and unit testing to verify UI, functionality, consistency, performance, and accessibility.
  • Experience working using test automation tools.
  • Proficiency using test automation tools.
  • Being familiar with Html, CSS, JS or Git.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
