FAQ
When do I start getting payments?
As a reseller, you will start getting monthly payments in the following month after the applicable Subscription Fees are paid to Nexudus by your recommended Customer.
How do I get payments?
Nexudus will pay via the Partner’s Stripe account, in the following month after the applicable Subscription Fees are paid to Nexudus by the Authorised Customer.
Is there a limit to the number of spaces I can recommend?
No, you can recommend as many spaces as you want. All of these will be added to your reseller account and you can see what these are when you log into it.
What happens if a customer is refunded any portion of its subscription fees by Nexudus?
Nexudus will report such refund to you and you will refund to Nexudus the pro rata portion of your commission.
