A seamless, contactless check-in experience for space users
With NexIO, your members and visitors will be able to check in to your space quickly and efficiently.
By either entering a 5-digit PIN, by contactlessly tapping their phone running Passport by Nexudus or NexIO-enabled tablet, or by filling out a simple form, your space attendees will reduce the hassle of manually entering your coworking or flexible workspace.
Hassle-free experience for hosts and members
As well as providing your members and contacts with the opportunity to check-in to your space in numerous different ways, NexIO makes communication between members and their visitors much easier, by automatically notifying hosts when their visitors arrive.

As soon as a visitor checks in using NexIO, a notification is automatically sent out to their hosts, who will receive a notification from the Passport app if they have it installed on their phone, or via email. This notification will let them know the visitor’s name and the location where the visitor checked in.
- Instant Interaction With Visitors
  Members can reply to the notification email, which will then be sent directly to their guest’s email address to let them know they are on their way to collect them.
- Contactless Check-in with Passport by Nexudus
  Members and contacts can also check in through NexIO by using Passport by Nexudus. All they will need to do is open the app on their phone and hold it next to the tablet. It’s that simple!
- Check-in via PIN Code
  Members, contacts and visitors that were pre-registered in Nexudus by an admin or a member can check-in using a 5 digit PIN-code they will have received via email. They can also find the code by going to My Account > Passwords on the Members’ Portal, or you can find it for them by going to the Services tab on their account's page in the Admin Panel.
The easiest way to register and check in visitors
With NexIO, registered visitors can check in on the tablet using the PIN they received via email.

Walk-in visitors can also check in using the tablet by completing the personal details form including the member they are visiting.
- Limit Staff Exposure
  Staff interaction with visitors can be a great way to welcome newcomers, but in the context of the pandemic, limiting contact is essential. Also, your staff will be freed up to fulfil their other duties around the space
- Collect Visitor Information
  Visitors who attend your space without pre-registering will not have a code to use, but all they will need to do is input a few required details on the tablet to register their visit and notify the member they are visiting.
- NexIO Events Mode
  In NexIO’s events mode, both members and visitors can see each of your upcoming events that you have listed within the app.
- Print Visitor Labels
  Once a visitor checks in, NexIO will automatically search for a Bluetooth Star Printer and will print a label if one has been set up. The printed label displays the visitor's name, their company, their arrival time, and the name of the member they are visiting.
